My exercise makes a speciality of personal harm, drafting estate planning files, residential real property and media law. I am active in the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) and Chair of its Real Estate Section Council. I am admitted to practice inside the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
I am a Massachusetts REALTOR and a former adjunct professor of media law and commercial enterprise regulation at numerous Massachusetts universities and faculties. I turned into graduated, cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and earned a B.S. diploma in journalism from Boston University s College of Communication. I am the author of the MBA Crisis in Court Funding Task Force Report and co-creator of the Automobile Law bankruptcy in the ABA s Family Legal Guide.
I am currently Of Counsel to a personal damage legal professional and feature worked at several small and mid-sized law offices in Massachusetts, inclusive of start-americaof my personal. Besides the MBA, I am a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I frequently perform seasoned bono felony work for Metro West Legal Services in Massachusetts.
