Shandon Phan is Founder and Managing Lawyer of the Shandon Phan Law Office, which represents and counsels individuals, families, and small companies inside the regions of business regulation, own family regulation, crook defense, and immigration. Lawyer Phan is one of the few Vietnamese lawyers running on the BP Oil Spill inside the Gulf of Mexico, representing a huge group of individuals and agencies affected. During law faculty, he became two times decided on for Moot Court and served at the Moot Court Executive Board, as Litigation Fellow, International Law Student Fellow, President of Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, and Vice-President of International Law Society. He additionally held diverse public service internships and criminal clerkships, which includes on the U.S. Immigration Court, U.S. Coast Guard s Office of the Judge Advocate General, and U.S. Lawyer s Office (District of Columbia), Appellate Division.
