Seth Bloom is a local of Jacksonville, Florida and now is living in New Orleans in which he founded his corporation, Bloom Legal. He obtained his undergraduate diploma from the University of Florida and own family roots introduced him to New Orleans and Loyola University Law School wherein he served on the Honor Board and earned his J.D.
