Sean Monahan is the corporation s founder and leader. A 1987 graduate of The Uniniversity of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut, Sean earned his law diploma in 1998 at Saint Mary s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. After graduating from UConn and before law college, Sean turned into a Bodily Injury Aduster with a main northeastern insurance employer.
Sean entered personal practice in 1998 as a founding partner of Monahan & Monahan, P.A. in Palm Beach County, Florida accomplishing a civil trial practice at both the state and federal levels. In 2001 he founded the organization of Sean F. Monahan, P.A. and practiced civil litigation and financial disaster law. In 2007 Sean based the company Sean F. Monahan, L.L.C. and practices in each Connecticut and Massachusetts, in which he concentrates on civil litigation and financial disaster.
Sean s exercise has been a numerous blend of about seventy five percentage civil trial paintings and 25 percentage financial disaster paintings. Sean has been worried in severa excessive-profile cases, including cases in opposition to Cooper Tire for tire defect litigation and Merck concerning Vioxx litigation.
Sean is married to his spouse, Jessica. Sean and Jessica have two daughters, Seria and Athena and two sons, Connor and MacArthur.
