Scott became born and raised in South Florida. He acquired his undergraduate diploma at the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree on the University of Miami School of Law. For the past 30 years, Scott has represented in excess of one thousand people and families who have been injured because of the negligence of different humans, organizations or other entities. This includes Automobile accidents, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Home Abuse, Slip or Trip and Fall cases and the enforcement of rights towards coverage groups.
