About
Scott Fitzgerald is the amazing grandson of the Firm’s founder, George E. Allen, Sr., and is the first member of the fourth era of the Allen family to enroll in the Allen Law Office. He presently works in the Richmond, VA workplace and focuses his practice completely on private damage instances including motorbike accidents, vehicle accidents, and truck accidents. Having grown up with a family lifestyle of advocacy and service, Scott is passionate about defensive the hobbies of his customers and defending their rights towards coverage corporations.
Scott grew up in Chesterfield, Virginia and attended L.C. Bird High School, where he gained the Virginia State Debate Championship in 2003. He attended the College of William & Mary for each his undergraduate diploma and law degree.
In 2015, Scott become recognized via the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 Under forty trial legal professional. In 2016, he become diagnosed through the National Academy of Personal Injury Lawyers as a Top 10 Under 40 Personal Injury Lawyer in Virginia.
A lover of sports and the outdoors, Scott’s pastimes include football, kayaking, canoeing, and boating. He lives in Richmond, Virginia along with his spouse.
