Scott C. McKinley is a civil trial lawyer. He is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Rutgers-Camden School of Law.
For over 17 years, Scott has obtained tens of millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for lots of injured customers. His litigation and trial enjoy consists of car accidents, creation injuries, worker injuries, faulty equipment and products, catastrophic mind injuries, tractor trailer and commercial automobile injuries, electrical injuries, clinical and medical institution malpractice, and complex insurance insurance movements.
Besides trial paintings in New Jersey, Scott has litigated cases and performed civil trial discovery in Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and internationally in Canada. He is admitted to the New Jersey and United States District Courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice to exercise in the State of Tennessee.
In addition to trial work, Scott has also argued instances concerning complex civil litigation and coverage coverage questions earlier than the New Jersey Supreme Court, New Jersey Superior Court – Appellate Division, and the Tennessee Circuit Courts. He is a member of the American Association of Justice, past member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Gloucester County Bar Association.
