My principal vicinity of practice is civil enforcement of New York State environmental legal guidelines and regulations for the Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC). I additionally assist DEC body of workers with the enforcement of legal guidelines and guidelines that govern State land control. From 2002 -2006, I served as real property counsel for the DEC. My expert experience consists of negotiating land conservation offers for the City of New York and the Trust for Public Land. Prior to training regulation, I labored as an environmental consultant in New Hampshire.
