My exercise specializes in organisation defense and landlord representation.
I address complicated harassment and discrimination instances along side wage & hour violations. I guard employers in several boards, along with Superior Court , Labor Commissioner s Office, NRLB and OSHA.
I even have a completely unique experience in being an asset supervisor, who in my opinion walks in the landlord s shoes. By myself I ve manipulate a 15 building portfolio constructed from SFR, multifamily and commercial from the day after day reserving and tenant management, evictions, REAP hearings, and LARSO compliance.
My Philosophy: Be a zealous suggest for my clients in a kingdom in which the legal guidelines have over included some residents on the rate and fear of others. Fight for my customers to maintain organizations thriving in Los Angeles.
