Sara Potts focuses her practice in the regions of preferred and enterprise litigation, commercial enterprise and corporate transactions, agreement drafting, evaluate and disputes, administrative law, nursing domestic litigation, medical malpractice litigation, and production law. She also counsels clients regarding business practices and safety, corporate formation and legal responsibility, and company/employee contractual relationships. Since graduating magna cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2014, Sara has drastically participated as associate counsel in numerous nation and federal court cases, hearings, and administrative and company complaints. Prior to becoming a member of Doerner, Sara labored at a small, personal litigation firm in Oklahoma City, taking lead on the majority of the motion exercise and pre-trial litigation subjects for a numerous customer base. During regulation school, Sara served as Executive Editor for the Oklahoma City University Law Review. She additionally participated as a Student has membership of the William J. Holloway, Jr. American Inn of Court, obtained four CALI Awards for Excellence, and received the Dean’s Legal Ethics Award for Excellence.
