Sandra K. Cassidy practices in HoganWillig’s Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, and Criminal Defense departments, she brings together with her full-size enjoy as a former criminal prosecutor for the Erie County and Genesee County District Lawyer’s office. Ms. Cassidy also served as prison counsel for the famous environmental endorse Erin Brockovich, investigating proceedings of chronic cancers in two separate towns in New York, certainly one of which concerned the pass-border dumping of illegal pollutants.
Prior to becoming a member of HoganWillig, Ms. Cassidy also practiced law within the Western New York area for numerous years under her installed regulation exercise.
Ms. Cassidy has a passion for directing young aspiring legal professionals, serving as a professor of Criminal Law and Procedure at Bryant and Stratton College, and has also participated within the e-book of numerous tasks along with authoring a guide on vaccine litigation entitled: Vaccine Victims, Proving Your Case to the Special Masters. ©
Ms. Cassidy obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School Cum Laude, in 1985. In 2002 she have become a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College which accepts best 49 attorneys out of about 500 candidates yearly. Ms. Cassidy is admitted to exercise in all New York State Courts; the Federal Court Western District of New York; the USA Court of Federal Claims and the USA Supreme Court.
