Sam is an associate with Dugan, McKissick & Longmore, LLC whose exercise makes a speciality of actual estate transactions and related litigation. He also assists customers within the advent and control of house owners institutions and condominiums, foreclosures, tax sales, and drafting contracts, mortgage files, and leases. Sam earned his regulation degree from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law and a bachelor’s diploma from Brigham Young University. Upon commencement from regulation faculty he served as regulation clerk to the Honorable Robert C. Nalley of the Circuit Court for Charles County, and then he joined the corporation. Sam speaks Spanish and enjoys touring overseas, particularly to Spain. Married with 3 youngsters, he's happy to name St. Mary’s County his domestic.
