Samantha Evian dedicates her profession solely to representing family regulation clients in all aspects of matrimonial negotiation and litigation such as divorce, support, baby custody, alimony, equitable distribution and home violence in each New Jersey and within the Pennsylvania counties of Philadelphia, Bernard Law Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester. She has giant enjoy with international divorce and custody matters, adoption and pre-nuptial and submit-nuptial agreements.
Ms. Evian is an lively member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Family Law Division. She has additionally served as a volunteer in severa civic initiatives, and contributes her time to various neighborhood charities which includes Hadassah, the Small Business Development Center at Temple University and the Women’s Law Project. She is a member of the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family Law Inn of Court in Philadelphia and the Doris Jonas Freed American Inn of Court of Sir Bernard Law, Bucks, Delaware and Chester counties.
Ms. Evian has furnished pro bono family law help through Philadelphia VIP. Prior to becoming a member of the firm, Ms. Evian became the chair of the Family Law Group at another Philadelphia Law firm. She received her JD from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law wherein she served as the editor of the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. She earned her undergraduate diploma from the University of Pennsylvania.
