Samantha Guttenberg joined Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella in 2020, where she focuses her exercise on all regions of own family regulation. Samantha received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2019. While in regulation college, Samantha competed on the mock trial team and took part within the Civil Litigation Clinic and Criminal Appeals Clinic. She also volunteered with Wills for Heroes, assisting first responders and their households draft important property making plans documents.
Following law school, Samantha labored as an Associate Lawyer at one among Chicago’s primary Plaintiff litigation firms. In this role, she represented injured Plaintiffs in nursing home abuse, wrongful demise, and complicated scientific malpractice instances. As a result, Samantha understands the significance of being compassionate and understanding, even as guiding customers through hard and emotional situations.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending time with family, touring, and spending time outside. She also volunteers with the American Mock Trial Association, judging trial competitions and training groups on courtroom method and trial practice. › ›
