About
Russell graduated from the University of Michigan in 2000 with an undergraduate degree in economics. In 2000 Russell attended the Indiana University School of Law, graduating in 2003 with a Juris Doctrorate degree. Russell started out his legal profession operating on the Berrien County Prosecutor’s Office in Michigan. Upon arriving in Colorado, he worked as a Deputy District Lawyer with the Arapahoe County D.A.’s workplace. During his time with Arapahoe County, he treated DUIs, domestic violence cases, attacks, thefts, and a variety of misdemeanor trials. He left the D.A.’s office in 2001 to join the regulation office of Fossum, Mastro, Barnes & Stazzone, P.C., wherein he solely centered on crook protection. Russell has efficiently defended people charged with offenses ranging from site visitors violations and DUIs to 1st degree murder and vehicular assault, in addition to severa drug cases.
