Rose Decker Chauncey, practices within the regions of Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship.
Mrs. Chauncey grew up in Live Oak, Florida and graduated from Suwannee High School. She attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Mrs. Chauncey persisted her education at Florida Coastal School of Law wherein she earned her law degree and became a member of the Moot Court Honor Board.
Mrs. Chauncey is admitted to practice in all Florida country courts, and the USA District Courts, for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.
Mrs. Chauncey is active in the Live Oak community and is committed to enhancing the lives of children. She was the beyond President of Voices for Children of the Suwannee Valley. She has also volunteered her time for some of years as a Guardian Ad Litem within the Third Judicial Circuit. She is a member of the Third Judicial Circuit Bar Association.
