Mr. Lanza hooked up the law workplace of Futterman & Lanza in Smithtown, New York after serving as senior law clerk to the state’s highest Court, The New York Court of Appeals. Mr. Lanza additionally served as a senior law clerk for a Federal United States District Court Judge in Florida. Mr. Lanza’s litigation experience has enabled Futterman & Lanza to navigate, on behalf of its clients, the complex arena of guardianship, probate and property administrations, and associated litigation.Mr. Lanza is certified to practice regulation in each New York and Florida. He advises many “snowbird” customers having prison troubles unique to families with assets in both New York and Florida.
