About
RONALD TOCCHINI has served as a strategic advisor and advocate for several Fortune 500 organizations and hundreds of emerging-boom ventures. His law practice consists of worldwide exchange, immigration, and other pass-border business transactions. He has represented clients at multiple home ports of access across the United States, as well as at US diplomatic missions overseas in Beijing, London, Mexico City, Milan, and São Paulo.
From 2011 to 2015, Mr. Tocchini served as outdoor counsel to the Lawyer General for the State of Arizona. He has also labored as a consulting lawyer to numerous AmLaw 100 corporations in subjects related to company mergers, acquisitions, and complex civil litigation. Since 1994, he has lectured to college college students on comparative legal traditions (civil procedure and evidence), the Hague and Vienna Conventions, company finance, and present day media.
Ronald is a native of San Francisco. He spends his restrained free time working as an unpaid manservant to two small boys.
