I am Principal within the Greenville, South Carolina, workplace of Jackson Lewis P.C. Since joining the firm in May 2000, I actually have centered nearly exclusively within the vicinity of ERISA blessings litigation, despite the fact that I also have experience in employment litigation and OSHA protection paintings. I then joined the Office of General Counsel of the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (LLR) as a prosecutor for the Office of Occupational Safety and Health. I prosecuted OSHA matters until 1997, once I began practicing with LLR as a prosecutor in expert licensure disciplinary moves for the State Board of Medical Examiners, the State Board of Chiropractic, the State Veterinary Board, and the State Residential Builders Commission, amongst different expert licensing our bodies inside the State.
Prior to coming into law college in 1988, I changed into employed for ten years in company personnel control positions with Southern Bell, American Telephone and Telegraph Company, and BellSouth Corporation within the fields of substances management and budget forecasting.
