Born and raised in El Paso, Texas. Attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville upon commencement from excessive school and transferred to the University of Texas after 12 months.
Graduated from the University of Texas Austin in 1967 with a BS diploma and from the University of Texas Law School in 1970. Licensed in the State of Texas seeing that 1971 and within the state of New Mexico in view that 2001. has membership of Texas and New Mexico Bar Associations, El Paso Bar Association, Western District of Texas (federal), Northern District of Texas, District of New Mexico, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, US Supreme Court. I am board licensed in Civil Trial Law in Texas, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
