My law exercise incorporates a huge variety of litigation topics, ranging from complex commercial disputes to white collar crook defense. I even have represented clients in federal and kingdom courts in cases related to copyright and trademark infringement, misappropriation of trade secrets, securities violations, financial institution fraud, tax fraud, poisonous torts, unfair opposition, and civil and criminal racketeering. I additionally have extensive experience in commercial mediation and arbitration.
Most recently, my work has involved class action litigation related to wage and hour claims; a partnership dispute over a multi-million greenback capital call; and a number of highbrow belongings and commercial enterprise disputes in Los Angeles and Orange County.
