I am certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Lawyer. My practice specializes in private injury, business law and litigation, and municipal courtroom defense. I combat tough for my customers, and feature gained critical appellate victories in opposition to essential organizations which include Trump Casino and Disney. I became the Chief Municipal Prosecutor for Lawrence Township from 2001 to 2005. I am the writer of Thompson West NJ Practice Series books-Motor Vehicle Law and Practice Forms and New Jersey Personal Injury Law, a senior instructor for Garden State CLE, and I served at the Board of Governor’s for the NJ Association for Justice. I currently serve at the District Ethics Committee for District VII, having been appointed by means of the N.J. Supreme Court in 2013. I have been selected as a Super Lawyer by means of my friends in 2006, 2011-2015. I am admitted to practice in New Jersey and Florida and before the U.S. Supreme Court.
