Robert Michalak represents contractors, proprietors, and surety groups. His enjoy includes agreement negotiations, bidding problems, venture closeout session, mechanic s lien and believe fund filings and demanding situations, and claim prosecution and protection. Mr. Michalak also represents clients in structuring enterprise and shareholder relationships, real property improvement and industrial leases. He often represents clients in mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
In addition to his Doctor of Jurisprudence, Mr. Michalak has levels in mechanical and chemical engineering and has held engineering positions in county authorities and a Fortune 500 agency. Mr. Michalak has been a business regulation lecturer on the University at Buffalo and a speaker and author for numerous groups including the American Bar Association. He is a member of and former board member of the Construction Exchange of Buffalo and Western New York.
