About
Rob Kleiner, a Delaware native, acquired his Honors Bachelor of Arts diploma, with Distinction, from the University of Delaware. As a regulation scholar, Rob become both a posted writer in, and an editor of, prison courses. He acquired his law degree, with Honors, from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law.
Rob has labored inside the Supreme Court of Delaware as a judicial intern for the Chief Justice, inside the Tax Court of New Jersey as a judicial law clerk, in Delaware Chancery and Superior courts as a litigator for a local regulation office, and in the Family Court of Delaware as a Volunteer Lawyer for Delaware Volunteer Legal Services, Inc.
He is admitted to exercise in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and before the US Tax Court and the Internal Revenue Service.
Rob is a modern-day or former member of the Trusts and Estates, Real and Personal Property, Elder Law (chair 2015-2016), Small and Solo Firms (vice chair 2015-2017, chair 2017-2018) and Taxation Sections of the Delaware State Bar Association, the Real Property, Trusts and Estates Section of the American Bar Association, and other expert institutions.
