Robert has labored for both massive and small companies in South Carolina, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. He has represented Fortune 500 organizations which includes Intel, individual homeowners, and in among. Robert won a primary appeal that redefined South Carolina defamation regulation, and remains taught within the law college today.
Recently, Robert has taken an active function in the Nevada Foreclosure Mediation software from its inception, from testifying at the Supreme Court hearings for drafting the Mediation Rules, to running to amend the regulations to make Foreclosure Mediation a stronger application. Robert spends a great deal of his extra time giving informational presentations to homeowners to advise them in their rights, and volunteering for the Goldilocks application, which teaches standard faculty youngsters about the law. Robert has also been a common guest on Las Vegas radio to speak approximately the mortgage state of affairs in Las Vegas and the options to be had to homeowners.
