Mr. Howard is Of Counsel to the firm and concentrates his practice in commercial, real property and production regulation, such as contract claims, shareholder disputes, and complex litigation. Before entering personal practice, he become an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department, Commercial and Real Estate Litigation Division, in which he represented and cautioned institutional and municipal clients on capital assignment litigation and administrative policy. He earned his B.A. in economics, with honors, from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and his J.D., with honors, from Touro College Law School. He is admitted to the Bars inside the State of New York, the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts, and the US Court of Federal Claims.
