Lawyer Fennessy is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Supreme Court. He routinely practices earlier than the Family and Probate Courts in all subjects involving divorce, separation, and family regulation. Lawyer Fennessy is an Adjunct Professor of Law at UMass Law School in Dartmouth, and become formerly an Adjunct Professor of Law on the Southern New England School of Law. He has been an elected reliable in his metropolis for more than two decades as Selectman, Finance Committee member, Conservation Commission, and Constable, and has served two towns as their Town Administrator.
In 2007, Lawyer Fennessy became identified because the Up and Coming Lawyer of the Year with the aid of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, and in 2010 he became named and diagnosed as an Outstanding Young Lawyer and Rising Star in the criminal profession through the change booklet Super Lawyers.
As a former Captain of the MSPCA Law Enforcement, and animal cruelty prosecutor, Lawyer Robert Fennessy has represented many puppy owners through negotiations and civil litigation for more than fifteen years. He automatically represents customers (tow and 4 legged!) earlier than City and Town Boards, and Courts.
In 2007, Lawyer Fennessy become awarded the Massachusetts Up and Coming Lawyer of the Year Award from Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly for his reducing side work in Animal Law. In 2010, he become named as a Rising Star in Super Lawyers mag.
He teaches Animal Law and Rights as an Adjunct Professor of Law at UMASS Law School in Dartmouth, and formerly turned into an Adjunct Professor on the Southern New England School of Law.
