Personal Experience
Mr. Wells has been litigating cases in Colorado courts for almost 15 years. He has dealt with numerous subjects from civil movements to domestic members of the family cases concerning complex monetary and custody troubles (inclusive of parental alienation/estrangement). Mr. Wells handles appellate topics and has effectively challenged trial courtroom rulings in appellate courts. Mr. Wells’ litigation schooling began as a law intern to Judge Angela Arkin in the course of the Fall of 2003. Mr. Wells receives referrals from pals, colleagues, opposing suggest, opposing parties and own family members of opposing parties.
In addition to his law exercise, Mr. Wells volunteers his time in network leadership roles. He is a beyond commissioner on the Town of Castle Rock Public Works Commission wherein he participates with different commissioners in making capital improvement suggestions to the town council.
