I commenced my solo exercise, Berglund Law Office, P.C., in March, 2012. My office makes a speciality of the defense of people arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence (DUI), as well as other vehicular criminal cases and visitors citations. Additionally, we represent human beings which have suffered abuse and harassment at the palms of overly competitive debt collectors and creditors, bringing claims on their behalf below the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and other statutes that defend consumers. I am a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association and the Consumer Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.
