Rick L. Rick Stacey represents standard contractors, creation managers, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, creditors and undertaking owners in all levels of construction litigation; drafting and negotiating production contracts; and advising clients on prison problems arising for the duration of all phases of production. Rick has litigated and arbitrated all types and sizes of production disputes along with complex creation litigation/arbitration concerning masses of thousands of pages of electronic data, prosecuting and protecting against mechanic’s lien claims, and simple collection matters on behalf of construction supply agencies. Rick has drafted and negotiated production contracts for all forms of creation initiatives. Rick has significant knowledge of most general form production agreements consisting of the ones drafted by the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), and the Engineering Joint Contract Document Committee (EJCDC) in addition to the ConsensusDocs. Rick also represents lenders, identify companies, and property owners in all levels of real estate litigation and title coverage defense matters. Rick is an Idaho native who has lived maximum of his lifestyles in Boise, Idaho. Prior to training law, he labored for nearly ten years inside the construction enterprise acting popular production and assignment management work for a Boise production subcontractor.
