Richard Wagner commenced his felony profession in 1998 as a criminal DUI prosecutor in Los Angeles. While a Deputy City Lawyer for Los Angeles, Richard Wagner prosecuted hundreds of crook cases, consisting of DUI, inebriated riding, home violence, assault and battery, and firearms instances in downtown LA.
