Prior to operating at Stange Law Office, Richard labored at the St. Louis County Circuit Lawyer’s Office wherein he supervised a department, (2017 to 2018), the St. Louis County Prosecuting Lawyer’s Office (1991 to 2017) and the Missouri State Public Defender Commission (1988 to 1991).
Richard graduated from St. Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. He later went directly to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the St. Louis University School of Law. Richard has tremendous litigation and felony research and writing revel in, and is at the Elder Law Committee of the Missouri Bar Association. Richard is also a trained Mediator.
In addition to his felony work, Richard loves to spend time with circle of relatives, attend Church, study, listen to tune, and watch films.
