RICHARD B. VINCENT is a partner within the regulation workplace of Vincent, Romeo & Rodriguez, LLC. He is a former group of workers volunteer for Denver Legal Aid and the Denver County Adult Protection Division and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers (“NAELA”) and the Colorado and Denver Bar Associations. Mr. Vincent is a past chair of the Colorado Bar Association’s Elder Law Committee, former editor of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association Probate and Trust Law Section publication and a contributing creator to The Colorado Handbook of Elder Law. He is a common lecturer on lengthy-term care Medicaid planning, special desires trusts and different topics affecting the disabled and their households.
