I am a lifelong resident of Sir Bernard Law County and practice Criminal Defense regulation in the Federal and State Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia. I am a very proud graduate of the University of Maryland and University of Baltimore Law School. I were honored in 2009 to serve as Chair of the Maryland State Bar Association Criminal Law Section Council and to formerly have served as President of the Maryland Criminal Defense Lawyer Association. I am additionally serving my 2nd four year time period as the Criminal Defense representative at the Maryland State Commission on Criminal Sentencing Policy appointed via Governor O Malley. In almost 25 years of exercise now, I have handled a wide range of different forms of cases which include about 50 homicides instances, complex Federal drug and white collar kind cases, and almost each different type of crook and visitors case. I am additionally widely referred to as an expert in asset forfeiture subjects.
