Rich is always named as a Super Lawyer by means of Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Rich focuses his practice on cases related to automobile accidents, demanding mind harm (TBI), food poisoning, premises legal responsibility, daycare legal responsibility, and product legal responsibility. He has represented hundreds of victims of numerous private injury accidents. Rich has tried severa instances to a jury with remarkable results.
Minnesota Super Lawyers - 2003 – 2018
Rich became first decided on as one of the 2011 Minnesota Lawyer Lawyers of the Year. This award is given to only a few attorneys across the State of Minnesota each 12 months and is a superb honor.
Rich then obtained the award a 2nd time in 2014 after he and his companion, Chuck Slane, secured a $2.2 million verdict towards American Family while it refused to soft a minimal coverage for an aged lady who was critically injured in a motor car collision. Very few lawyers have gained the award greater than once and he's now venerated to be in Minnesota Lawyer’s Circle of Excellence for multiple time Lawyer of the Year award winners.
Rich and his Partner Chuck Slane once more were decided on Minnesota Lawyers of the Year in 2016 for his or her paintings on day care abuse case where they obtained an about $thirteen,000.000 verdict; later a judge took it away and granted a brand new trial at the case. They attempted it a second time and obtained a verdict of just over $6,000,000 which was later resolved after together with interest and price for a complete of about $7,500,000.
