Born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Central Jersey, Mr. Weinman has committed himself and his prison exercise to protecting the rights of the accused. Mr. Weinman graduated from Montclair State College after which attended Law School at Claude Petit College of Law and University of San Diego (Magdalen College, Oxford University) and attained his Doctorate in Jurisprudence in 1985.
