Lawyer Regina Drennan has been involved in probate and guardianship in a number of roles. She has been a caregiver, advise, and lawyer. Through these stories, she has firsthand information of the demanding situations faced by means of the family of an incapacitated or disabled individual and uses that information to assist her patron-families in a compassionate and knowledge count.
After graduating from St. Thomas University Law School in Miami Gardens, FL, Ms. Drennan opened her own regulation workplace in Fort Lauderdale, FL with a primary awareness in Elder Law, Guardianship, Probate Administration and Estate Planning.
Ms. Drennan has volunteered as an Educational Surrogate within the Broward Public Schools. In this potential she represented the rights of foster youngsters in the IEP (Individual Educational Plan) technique in an effort to help determine the satisfactory instructional plan for those children who've learning challenges. She also has experience with youngsters who have been recognized with Asperger’s, Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Ms. Drennan has revel in with the McKay Scholarship for kids with disabilities and has assembled a remarkable institution of associates and professionals to help inside the planning and care of those with disabilities.
Ms. Drennan was appointed with the aid of Broward County Probate Judge Speiser as a Guardian ad Litem on a wrongful death case Jason Turchin’s office changed into coping with. She finally merged her practice into his, and their team continues to advise for their customers.
