ELERLAW is a general trial exercise law office coping with all family, crook and preferred litigation matters in each State and Federal courts.
My 30 yr felony profession started out as Assistant State Lawyer in Duval County in which I prosecuted crook offenses.
For approximately twenty years thereafter I become a personal practitioner in Jacksonville. I commenced as an partner lawyer on the law Offices of Tassone & Ferebee and represented customers in criminal and civil litigation. I then went directly to accomplice of Tassone & Eler, with a focus on complicated and important litigation practices in crook and civil law topics consisting of homicide (Death Penalty), theft, kidnapping, arson and drug trafficking cases.
In 2006, I released The Law Offices of Refik W. Eler, P.A., a preferred exercise regulation workplace that specialize in similar components of criminal and civil litigation in State and Federal Courts. Thereafter, I was appointed as Chief Assistant Public Defender. I turned into the Chief Assistant Public Defender serving the Fourth Judicial Circuit of Florida, a publish I held from January 2009 till January 2017.
For several years, I was an Adjunct Professor at The Florida Coastal School of Law where I taught trial advocacy along with mock trial of criminal and civil cases to 2nd and third 12 months regulation students. Other prison memberships blanketed; the Florida Public Defender Association’s Death Penalty Steering Committee and Mental Health Committee.
Since 2009, I actually have served as a Board has membership for the Sulzbacher Center for the homeless and for five years I also sat on the Board at the Jacksonville Humane Society.
