About
I commenced working towards regulation in Utah County in 1982, shortly after passing the bar. I worked with McCullough, Jones & Ivins for sixteen years. After the organization broke up, I opened my own exercise, and targeted on estate planning, asset protection making plans, probate, and elder law and medicaid planning. I am in the beginning from Pocatello, Idaho, acquired my B.A. in history from BYU, and received my J.D. diploma from BYU s law college in 1982. I am married, have 4 children, and stay in American Fork, Utah.
