Lawyer Randy Geller’s exercise is basically dedicated to advising educational institutions. His customers range from small spiritual colleges to essential public universities and college districts. Randy’s exercise has worried some of the essential problems in American training, together with governance and accountability; freedom of speech and management of protests; sexual misconduct and sexual harassment; confidentiality of student records; campus safety; and the federal authorities’s ever-increasing regulation of education. Randy’s realistic method to problem-solving, keen consciousness of inner and external political problems, and knowledge of monetary and organizational constraints are the result of 19 years at public research universities. Most currently, he become the General Counsel to University of Oregon, one among five senior officers reporting directly to the president.
