Mr. Guenther’s exercise concentrates on commercial litigation and associated financial disaster subjects, with a particular awareness on issues affecting lenders and monetary establishments, banks, credit score unions, loan brokers, public organizations and character lenders and traders, in addition to builders, owners’ associations, contractors, and layout professionals. Mr. Guenther was admitted to the bar in 1986, attended University of California – Northridge (A.B. 1983), and received his legal education at University of California – Davis (J.D. 1986). Mr. Guenther has served at the Bankruptcy Liaison Committee for the Northern District of California. Mr. Guenther is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to practice earlier than all of the federal courts in California.
