Rachel A. Sternlieb represents each businesses and people in business, civil litigation, and financial disaster subjects. Her experience consists of both complex industrial and civil litigation, multidistrict litigation and class movements, products legal responsibility, contractual disputes, and fashionable commercial enterprise topics.
Before moving to Denver in 2016, Rachel practiced for three years in New Orleans, Louisiana where she successfully represented people in topics starting from medical malpractice, merchandise liability, catastrophic injury, mass tort litigation and class actions at some point of Louisiana and Mississippi. She has extensive litigation revel in in both kingdom and federal court docket.
Rachel had the distinct privilege of serving as a member of the trial and discovery groups within the Chinese-Manufactured Drywall Products Liability Multidistrict Litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. As part of the trial team, she vigorously recommended on behalf of hundreds of owners who suffered assets damages due to defective Chinese-synthetic drywall set up of their houses following the aftermath and devastation of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
From 2014 through 2016, Rachel had the respect of being part of the Board of Directors for Traveler’s Aid Society of Greater New Orleans, a non-earnings enterprise devoted to preventing homelessness. In August 2015, Rachel turned into diagnosed by using New Orleans City Business as “Ones to Watch in Law.”
Upon incomes her undergraduate diploma from the University of Georgia in 2010, Rachel went directly to earn her Juris Doctorate in 2013 from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school, Rachel served as Articles Editor of Loyola’s Journal of Public Interest Law and was a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Jay C. Zainey in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
