Ms. Bien is an experienced litigator who has recovered millions of bucks in unpaid wages on behalf of her clients. She has represented tens of lots of workers throughout many distinctive industries in elegance and collective complaints. She was lead recommend in Glatt v. Fox Searchlight Pictures, Inc., one of the first cases to argue that interns ought to be paid for his or her paintings on behalf of a private organisation.
Ms. Bien is devoted to protecting workers’ rights beneath the federal Fair Labor Standards Act and state and local wage legal guidelines.
