Mr. Utley interned at numerous Utah law offices and the Utah Fourth District Court earlier than becoming a member of a Northern Utah Law Office. After moving from Cache Valley, Mike opened Utley Law Office PLLC in Utah County wherein he presently practices in the areas of Water Law, Environmental Law, and Estate Planning. Mike graduated from BYU’s Law School in which he turned into an Editor for the Journal of Public Law and became Vice President of the Natural Resources Law Society. He went on to get a Master of Laws degree in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School. Mike graduated from BYU’s College of Engineering with a bachelor’s diploma in Civil and Environmental Engineering and turned into a studies assistant on the Environmental Modeling Research Lab.
