Quin joined Hickey & Evans in 2016 as an Associate. His exercise specializes in a wide variety of civil litigation and he has seemed on behalf of clients in each federal and state courtroom. He additionally represents and advises clients on coverage protection and insurance issues, education law, and industrial transactions. Quin presently serves at the Board for the Wyoming Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
Quin graduated, cum laude, in 2015 from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resource Law. He acquired his undergraduate diploma from the University of Denver in 2012.
During regulation faculty, Quin won helpful experience running as a judicial extern for the Hon. Ann Aiken, U.S. District Judge for the District of Oregon, in addition to finishing stints within the legal departments of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of the Interior. He additionally served as a studies assistant for Professor and former dean Robert Klonoff.
