About
Preston spent over years working as a prosecuting lawyer for Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County. During his time as a prosecutor, he controlled several hundred instances and took over 100 cases to trial. In his modern-day position, Preston manages basically divorce, family, and crook cases.
Preston started out his felony profession operating as a law clerk for Judge Richard Wagner of the Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada. He transitioned from his clerkship alongside Judge Wagner to a position as a trial attorney for the Douglas County District Lawyer’s Office in Minden, Nevada.
Preston attended law school in Moscow, Idaho, at the University of Idaho College of Law, graduating in December of 2013. He is certified to exercise regulation in each Utah and Nevada.
Preston enjoys woodworking, being attentive to and gambling track, athletic competition, and spending time along with his spouse and 3 children.
