I had been defending the rights of the criminally accused since 1992 and I had been concerned in all elements of crook litigation from preliminary investigation to final appeal. I even have attempted to verdict nicely-over 80 crook instances and I actually have negotiated pre-trial resolutions in properly-over a thousand other crook subjects. My precedence is defending clients with ardour and talent in opposition to complex and severe criminal prosecutions.
I have committed my career to crook defense and to the science of Trial Advocacy. I consider in representing my customers zealously and maneuvering cases as quick and value -correctly as feasible thru the crook justice gadget. I am an energetic member of the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and I frequently attend greater than 12 Credit hours of ongoing criminal education annually. I have the privilege of coaching Trial Advocacy at Penn State School of Law.
