I practice in military jurisdictions only, not civilians courts. I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel and I served as each a line officer and a JAG. I started out my army profession as a platoon chief inside the 16th Military Police Brigade (Airborne) and 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. In 1998, I became a Judge Advocate and since then I have targeted on court docket-martial law. As a result of this experience, I recognise the military and I know the court docket-martial method. I have spent nicely over a decade perfecting the court docket abilties and felony know-how required to win difficult courtroom-martial instances. I actually have effectively defended court docket-martial cases all around the international.
