Fees for financial ruin cases filed beneath Chapters 7 and thirteen commonly are fixed, based upon the complexity of the problems inside the case. Your price could be mentioned on the preliminary consultation. For Chapter thirteen cases, a part of the fee (plus prices) is paid prior to submitting the case and the stability is paid through the Chapter 13 plan. Mr. Spaeth requires retainers in Chapter 11 instances, with hourly prices problem to Court approval. Non-bankruptcy topics primarily are billed on an hourly or flat fee basis.
