Paul Premack is a Certified Elder Law Lawyer thru the National Elder Law Foundation. He became a founding member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers, and has been a NAELA member since 1989. His practice encompasses estate making plans for individuals, couples and households of every age, probate to assist surviving heirs when a member of the family dies, and elder law to assist customers with precise felony challenges. Paul is a Geriatric Scholar thru the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Paul writes a weekly felony column for the San Antonio Express-News. His column records are placed at www.TexasEstateandProbate.com. He is the author of The Senior Texan Legal Guide, now in eBook Edition 7.zero. He serves as 2019-20 President of the Texas Chapter (National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers). Paul is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the San Antonio Bar Association and the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law section of the State Bar.
